Modern Luxury Miami

In South Beach, the amount of blocks to Lincoln Road continues to be a measure of a new property’s appeal. Well, Eleven on Lenox (1030 15th St., Miami Beach), courtesy of Shoma Group, is an easy walk without being so close that privacy and discretion are compromised. Eleven exclusive beach houses — ranging from 4,403 to 4,669 square feet and priced from $3.2 million — were conceived with nature in mind. That means plenty of sand, stone and ceramic fixtures at every turn.

The project’s biggest wow factors? Custom Italian spa baths, Poliform kitchens with Gaggenau appliance, a smart lighting system that mimics the rhythm of day and a rooftop terrace ranging from 772 to 1,146 square feet with a summer kitchen and a private pool. The seamlessness of Eleven on Lenox reflects the work of Zyscovich Architects and interior design of Charles Allem. These beach housed capture the spirit of a coastal retreat infused with the luxury, style and sophistication of a private home, says Masoud Shojaee, president and chairman of the board at Shoma. As Shoma’s first foray into residential development in Miami Beach, the project is poised to elevate South Beach living with premier amenities that few, if any, neighboring projects have been able to deliver until now. Enviable location and state-of-the-art bells and whistles? Address envy just took on a bolder shade of green.

What will Trump’s presidency mean for Miami’s real estate?

The king of real estate is set to rule the country, but what will a Donald Trump presidency mean for local real estate, one of South Florida’s biggest industries?

“We have seen so much unpredictability in the course of this election; we are dealing with a very unpredictable person. That will destabilize our dollar in the short term, which will create opportunities for foreign investors. …The message we are hearing from the new administration is that more jobs will be created, more infrastructures and growing of the economy. If this is truly the case, it will have a positive impact to our market. No matter what the rhetoric was prior to the election, the new administration will focus on reality and hopefully on the positive path this country needed badly.”
